I am enthusiastic about leading, consulting, mento

ring, and coaching people, as it promises to significantly impact my personal and leadership growth, as well as helping others develop their skills based on my expertise. With over 17- years of industrial experience in data science, Intelligent Data Analysis, and project management, I have effectively addressed real-world challenges. My master’s degree, PhD, and post-doctoral research involved teaching numerous modules, mentoring, supervising graduate and PhD students, and leading research projects over a decade.
Over 2 years working at an Analyst / SEO level at MoJ, I possess valuable expertise and specialised knowledge crucial for addressing complex challenges.  I have had pleasure of mentoring my junior colleagues as well as my previous line manager to learn python, programming, data modelling, and machine learning techniques. In leadership school at MoJ, I coach several people to support the school. In addition, I am member of the Data and Analysis team to coach/mentors others to develop themselves and joined the bitesize session facilitation team as well as presenting sessions.

I also believe effective mentoring, coaching are equally essential for leveraging this expertise to drive impactful change. In my role, where diverse stakeholders and competing priorities are common, and strong leadership is indispensable for navigating complexities, fosters innovation, facilitates decision-making, and achieving positive outcomes for communities and society as a whole.
